Eileen Heffernan has been successfully running “Regimes Pilates Studio” in Dublin since 1998, and has helped hundreds of clients to achieve their personal goals through her expert Instruction and knowledge. Many clients have been attending the studio for the last 15 years and continue to come on a regular basis.

Our experience in Pilates and Personal Training is second to none. And because we only work with clients one-to-one or in small groups, you get the personal attention you need to get lasting results.
