Personal Training courses

These days we all want to get fit and healthy under expert supervision, and sometimes we want to do it in total privacy.

At Regimes Personal Training we work with clients exclusively on a one to one basis.  We start with a consultation to analyze a client’s weight, fitness, diet, lifestyle, problem areas and goals. Then we design an intensive tailor-made training programme that will deliver real results:

  • Improved aerobic fitness

Our Dublin 2 studio is fully equipped. We teach our clients a variety of exercises using free weights, fit balls, Bosu and other small equipment(medicine balls, foam rollers etc) We add in some Pilates matwork to build core strength and stability.  Nutritional and dietary advice is offered to complement your fitness programme.

Personal Training Courses are completely private and all exercises are personally supervised to make sure they are done safely and correctly.
Course packages of 5,10 or 20 sessions are available.
